Julie's Fresh Pesto

1 large handful fresh basil leaves, washed and dried
1 large handful organic baby spinach leaves, washed and dried
1/3 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

In bowl of food processor, combine the basil, spinach, pine nuts, garlic and salt. Pulse to combine. Add the oil and process until sooth. Toss pesto with cooked gnocchi or pasta and serve.

Tip: Recipe can be doubled.
