FOX 12 talked to the woman who grew up in Moro and shared before and after pictures of the Substation Fire. Vicki Blaylock lives in the Portland area now but she graduated from high school in Moro, the very building that's now the command post for the fire. Her parents are still in Moro, they’re farmers half a mile outside of town, and her brother and nephew live there too. She said they've all been in the Level 3 evacuation zone but won't leave.

Some people in Multnomah County have dozens of unpaid parking tickets under their name, meaning they owe thousands of dollars in fines. If someone opts to drive downtown, they're most likely opting to pay for parking too. If someone doesn't pay, they could end up with a bright yellow parking ticket. But according to data from the Multnomah County Circuit Court, some people don't pay.

Thieves broke into a Tigard business this week through an unsecured air conditioning unit. Tigard Police said someone broke into Primitive Racing and Rally Outfitters early Tuesday morning between midnight and 6 a.m. by tearing off the air conditioning unit. The thieves made off with $850 dollars, some GoPro cameras and a brand new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek for the business.

Will Bryan and Erin Walsh were hit by smoldering pieces of lava when their tour boat got too close to an erupting volcano. “The reason we went to Hawaii was for the lava, it’s always been a bucket list thing for me,” Bryan told FOX 12 on Thursday.
