I'm writing in response to your recent visit to our restaurant yesterday. On behalf of all the employees at Sinju Restaurant, I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that our mission and values here at Sinju Restaurant are to provide the best dining experiences to our guests by delivering excellent service, quality, and cleanliness.We are committed to providing the best service in a professional and sanitary manner, and we have not and will not compromise on service, food quality, and cleanliness. However, our recent health score did not reach our standards of cleanliness and we worked hard to correct those violations, as well as putting systems in place in making sure our standard is always exceptional.
