A pair of Michael Jackson's unwashed underpants used as evidence in the pop singer's child molestation trial will be up for bids on eBay, reported the New York Post.

According to the Post, the underpants were part of the evidence confiscated by former Santa Barbara, Calif. District Attorney Tom Sneddon in 2003, in order to obtain a DNA sample. The underwear comes in a sealed evidence bag, which is wrapped with police tape.

The auction, set to begin sometime Wednesday, has a reserve price of $1 million.

The undergarment is one of the artifacts owned by New Jersey businessman Henry Vacarro, who obtained it in a bankruptcy case, the Post said.

Other items up for bids includes a handwritten note by Jackson detailing why he wanted an annulment from ex Lisa Marie Presley, and a tube of bleaching cream, the Post said.

Jackson turned 50 on Aug. 29.
