Joe V spends his morning checking out a Rose Festival classic.

The village is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday through Sunday and then next week from Wednesday through Sunday.

It's located at Governor Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland along the Willamette River.
