PORTLAND, Ore. -- A man armed with a knife robbed a cab driver at a northeast Portland hotel late Monday night.

The robbery happened at about 11:30 p.m. at the Country Inn & Suites. The victim said the man approached her, pulled out a knife and threatened her.

There’s no word on how much cash the robber got his hands on.

Witnesses said the cab driver was visibly shaken after the robbery, but she wasn’t hurt.

The man is described as white, in his late 30s and 5 feet 10 inches tall with a muscular build. He has brown hair with a crew-cut. Anyone with information is asked to call Portland police.
