TIGARD, Ore. -- A man carrying a handgun robbed a Supercuts Hair Salon in Tigard on Tuesday night.

Police said the man demanded money from a woman working at the front desk of the salon, located on Hall Boulevard, just before 9 p.m.

The worker wasn't hurt in the robbery and police quickly responded to search the area, but they never found the robber.

The man responsible for the robbery is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall and in his late 20s to early 30s. During the robbery, he wore a blue handkerchief over his mouth, dark jeans and a white zipped-up hooded shirt.
