CLACKAMAS, Ore. -- Store surveillance video released this week in Clackamas showed two people wanted in connection with a car break-in and credit card theft, deputies said.Victoria Wechter said she locked her purse in the trunk of her car before she left it parked outside her gym on Oct. 14. When she returned, the car was gone.Wechter said the thieves stole her 1997 Honda, drove it a short distance and then broke into the trunk to steal her purse, driver's license, debit cards and credit cards.Clackamas County deputies said a man and woman then used Wechter's debit card to buy a $200 gift card, as well as a $30 cell phone, at a Target store on Sunnyside Road. They also tried to use the credit card at other area stores, authorities said. The merchants and banks aren't charging Wechter for the stolen items, but she said the crime has been a big hassle. She wants the culprits captured and punished."You feel so violated. This was my stuff in my car and they just got into it and took it away," she said. "I have to replace everything in my wallet and in my car and they get off scot free."Deputies describe one of the thieves as a white man, 18 to 22 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 145 pounds with short, brown hair. The other wanted person is a white woman in her 20s, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 155 pounds with brown, medium-length hair in a ponytail.Anyone with information is asked to call the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
