Brooke Carlson is a lifestyle correspondent for the nationally-syndicated entertainment television show “Better” and the website, www.better.tv.

She joined Meredith Corporation in 2000, and has been reporting for nine years.

She started her career at the NBC affiliate in Bend, Oregon. There she worked as a reporter/weekend anchor and quickly moved her way up to anchor the weekday morning news. Brooke has a bachelor's degree in communications from Oregon State University.

Brooke is a huge OSU beaver fan, you'll catch her in Corvallis every football season cheering the team on. In her spare time, Brooke loves to run. She just completed her first half-marathon and is looking forward to someday running a full marathon. She also enjoys hiking, biking, snowboarding, playing tennis and traveling with her husband.
