Police: Woman Accused Of Ripping Off Nordstrom Identified

Police said FOX 12 viewers helped them identify a woman accused of stealing thousands of dollars from local stores.Last week, FOX 12 aired a surveillance picture of a woman police said used stolen credit cards at Nordstrom to purchase thousands of dollars worth of clothing and makeup. She then returns the merchandise for cash at a different location, according to authorities.Detectives said they believe she has stolen more than $10,000 from the retailer since October.Police have since identified the woman as 26-year-old Jamie Lynn Bacon, but have yet to apprehend her.Detectives told FOX 12 that they believe she has gone into hiding.Anyone with information is urged to contact the Portland Police Bureau.
