Portland police have arrested three men who are accused of stealing a laptop and more than $100,000 in antique stamps from a car in northeast Portland.

Police said the stamps and laptop were stolen last Thursday by car prowlers in the 11500 block of Northeast Glenn Widing Drive.

An investigation led detectives to three suspects, who police said were seen attempting another car theft on Monday.

Tuan Ho, 44, Quan Vo, 28 and Rong Li, 29, were each arrested on charges of aggravated theft.

Police said they recovered the stamps and returned them to the victim.
