VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Authorities have arrested a suspect linked to an overnight explosion in a neighborhood near Vancouver.Deputies said they found a truck damaged by an explosive device near Northeast 94th Street at around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday.Police said three people were home at the time of the blast, but no one was injured.The homeowner, Tina St. George, had been arrested an hour earlier on a misdemeanor domestic violence assault charge and was lodged in the Clark County Jail at the time of the explosion.Carl Clonts, 36, is being detained on probable cause for the crime of malicious explosion of a substance.Police said a small explosive device was found inside Clonts’ Portland home.
