A Vancouver grandmother is facing felony charges after what police are calling a bizarre case of road rage.Officers said 69-year-old Virginia Martin drove a mile and a half down Millplain Boulevard with another woman hanging on o the hood of her car on Wednesday afternoon.Police said the two women were picking up children at Wy East Middle School when Martin rear-ended the woman in front of her.According to authorities, the two women argued over insurance information and Martin started to drive off. The woman somehow landed on Martin’s hood and hung on while Martin kept driving, police saidMartin told police the woman jumped on her hood and had plenty of chances to get off but refused.Police said Martin drove a mile and a half down Millplain Boulevard with the woman holding onto her hood.“She wasn’t failing. She wasn’t screaming. She didn’t seem to be screaming. She was hanging on for her life,” said witness Theresa Nickel.Police said the alleged victim is OK.Martin was charged with felony hit-and-run and assault.
