SALEM, Ore. -- Detectives found 29 marijuana plants during a search of a southeast Salem home, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said Monday.Authorities said James Harry Taylor, 52, holds a valid medical marijuana card, but that he was out of compliance with the restrictions of the program.Card holders may grow up to six plants and possess up to 24 ounces of dried marijuana, deputies said.
