A special spaghetti dinner will be served on Monday in Lincoln City to help raise money for a teen shot at a local outlet mall.

Ty Pedersen, 18, was shot in the jaw during an armed robbery at the Tanger Outlet Mall last month. He is now out of the hospital and recovering at home.

The 17-year-old suspect, Hector Canales-Robles, is facing robbery and attempted murder charges.

On Monday, Pedersen’s family is hosting a dinner fundraiser from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the Depoe Bay Community Hall to help raise money to cover medical costs.
