SALEM, N.H. -- A deer jumped onto the track at Rockingham Park in Salem, N.H., on Friday and followed the field of horses down the stretch.Witnesses said that the deer went out of the lake in the Rockingham Park infield and jumped onto the track during the eighth race. It then waited for the horses to go through the turn and started racing behind them before jumping back into the infield.Track workers tried to corral the deer, but it ran off into the woods.
