Clackamas County sheriff's deputies have arrested two people on suspicion of promoting prostitution on Craigslist.org.

Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant to a home on Southeast Park Avenue in Milwaukie around 3 p.m. Wednesday after an investigation into what police called "“blatantly obvious prostitution activity” on Craigslist.org. (Caught On Camera: View Search Video)

Deputies said they seized several computers, printers, and fax machines during the search, along with drug paraphernalia and an undisclosed amount of money, credit cards and documents.

According to police, 22-year-old Randi Jo Goodwin and 40-year-old Jimmy Rodger Varner was taken into custody and charged on suspicion of promoting prostitution.

Goodwin and Varner have been booked and released from the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Jail. They are scheduled to appear in Clackamas County Circuit Court on Aug. 23.

Earlier this year Beaverton police arrested nine women in connection with promoting prostitution on Craigslist.org. Last year, Salem police arrested three women in a similar case.
