Investigators said they think a wildfire in the Columbia River Gorge may have been man-made.At one point, the fire, which has burned 3,000 acres, forced crews to shut down Highway 14 from mileposts 100 to 103 near Rufus.FOX 12 Your News tipsters Wayne and Kelly Holt captured the fire on video.
