The woman was jogging around a bark dust track at Donald Robertson Park on Northeast Halsey Street just before 8 a.m. She said she spotted a man standing near the track and the adjacent Children's School campus.

Deputies said the man ran after her, pulled down his pants and exposed himself.

While chasing her, the man said "Hey wait, look, look," according to deputies.

The woman said the man got within 6 feet of her, but that he ran to his car after she started screaming for help.

There were no witnesses in the park, deputies said. Several deputies and officers searched for the man, but they were unable to find him.

The flasher wore all black clothing and a black baseball hat at the time of the incident. The man was last seen driving away from the park in a two-door green sedan with a green spoiler. The car may have been a Honda, according to deputies.

The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office is asking for help in identifying the man. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff's Office Tip Line at 503-261-2847.
