A man accused of performing a disturbing act in front of a woman and her child turned himself in Tuesday, deputies said.

Ricardo Faulk, 25, is accused of ejaculating on the woman in an aisle of the Sunnyside Road Target store in Clackamas.

The victim, who did not want to be identified, said she felt something hit the back of her pants. She quickly realized the man had been masturbating in the store.

She said the worst part of the ordeal was her 3-year-old daughter was with her at the time.

“I want him caught very badly,” the woman said. “… It’s just disgusting. You feel kind of like a garbage can after that.”

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office issued a press release after the incident and deputies said they received numerous tips when store surveillance photos were published Monday.

Deputies were following up on a tip that identified the suspect as Faulk when he showed up at the Clackamas County Jail on Tuesday, authorities said.

Faulk was booked on a charge of harassment, which is a criminal misdemeanor. Deputies said that if Faulk is found guilty, a court can request a medical test to see if he is infected with a sexually transmitted disease.
