AURORA, Ore. -- The family of a Marion County man facing sex abuse charges said they think police framed him for the crime.Aurora police arrested Scott Knight Sunday after a lengthy investigation into a case where the alleged victim is a minor.Knight's friends and family said they had no idea why police arrested him in the first place. And now, he's being held at the Marion County Jail without bail.Diana Maus told FOX 12 that the Aurora police cuffed her nephew while he was still in bed at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday at her home, where Knight has lived for the past year.Aurora police said that they've been investigating Knight for the past six months. He now faces charges for sex abuse, sodomy, rape, kidnapping and sexual misconduct.Knight's friends and family said this is really hard to believe."I think that he's sort of the victim in this situation because he wouldn't do something like that. I know him really well and he wouldn't do that," Knight's relative named Melissa said.Knight will make his first appearance in Marion County Court Tuesday.
