TIGARD, Ore. -- A victim who said she is tired of waiting for police to track down a wanted sex offender recently created a MySpace page for the suspect.Police arrested Phillip Yoder on charges of rape and sodomy in 2001. In a plea deal, he was convicted of attempted sodomy later that year.He spent 11 months behind bars and was then released on parole. The victim in the case said she found out Yoder was wanted again while she was surfing the internet.Instead of waiting for police to find Yoder, she said she took matters into her own hands by creating a MySpace profile under the screen name "Strip King." The victim, who spoke on camera but didn't want to be identified, said she used the name because Yoder published a strip club guide for several years up until his arrest. The victim said she has added other sex offenders who are on the run to the profile. She hopes the social networking site can help police track some of them down."(It's) just so people know these men are out there," she said. "(They're) sex offenders and we don't know where they are."The Marion County Sheriff's Office said Yoder hasn't checked in with his parole officer in two years.Anyone with information on Yoder's whereabouts is asked to call police.
