HILLSBORO, Ore. -- A man said someone shot out his car window right in front of the police station and he wants police to stop the culprit.

Jose Arciga said someone shot out his car window with a BB gun over the weekend.

He said he parked his pickup truck right in front of the Hillsboro Police Station because he thought it would be safe there, but when he returned the next day his window had been shot out.

He said the same thing happened to someone else just down the street and now he said he'd like police to investigate.

He filed a report with police but said he's afraid it could happen again.

"I thought this was the safest place to park but now I don't know what's going to happen," Arciga said.

Arciga said he'll likely have to pay for the window to be fixed, and he thinks that will cost him about $200.
