Beaverton, Ore. -- Police arrested a man after receiving a report that a child was inappropriately touched Saturday in a YMCA locker room.Officers were called in at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday to the YMCA at 4925 Griffith Drive when a boy told his mother that a man had approached him and touched him inappropriately in the locker room, police said.Detectives investigated throughout the evening before arresting Philip Leland Riley, 67, of Portland, on charges of sodomy and sex abuse, police said.Investigators said that Riley and the boy didn't know each other.Riley posted bail and was back home Monday. When reached for comment he said that he's not guilty and that it was a case of mistaken identity.The YMCA has suspended Riley from using any of their facilities until the investigation is over.Beaverton police said that they fear there may be other victims out there.Anyone with information about the case should call Detective Andler at 503-526-2285.
