WILSONVILLE, Ore. -- Police said they arrested two men Monday who were employed at a women's prison on drug charges after they traded illegal contraband for sexual favors from inmates.Oregon State Police detectives arrested two men who were former maintenance workers at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in connection with a conspiracy to trade drugs or illegal contraband for sexual favors with women at the prison.Detectives said they think Richard Rick, 37, from Beaverton, and Troy Bryant Austin, 34, from St. Paul, were separately bringing in illegal substances in exchange for sexual favors.Rick had worked at the facility for less than a year as a plumber and was arrested on charges of custodial sexual misconduct, unlawful delivery of heroin, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and supplying contraband.Austin was arrested on four counts of custodial sexual misconduct. He had been employed as a facility maintenance specialist since December 2005.Detectives discovered the men's involvement when heroin was found in an inmate's cell and an investigation started.
