PORTLAND, Ore. -- Police said they think a man, who was arrested on charges that he gave alcohol to two girls and sexually abused them, may have more victims.

Detectives said Blas Elguezabal, 28, of Newberg, met the girls, who were 17 and 14 at the time of the offense, on the social Web site MySpace. Because of the way Elguezabal met the girls, investigators said they fear there may be more victims.

The girls live in Washington County but police said the crimes occurred in a motel in Portland where Elguezabal gave the girls alcohol and then had sex with each girl while the other watched.

Elguezabal was arrested May 20 on charges of furnishing alcohol to a minor, second-degree sex abuse, third-degree sex abuse, third-degree rape and use of a child in a display of sex conduct.

He has previously been contacted by police in connection to suspicious circumstances involving underage girls but never charged with a crime, police said.

Detectives are asking anyone with specific information that Elguezabal had illegal contact with a minor that has not been reported to call the Washington County Sheriff's Office at 503-846-2700.
