PORTLAND, Ore. -- Joe V is checking out Bliss bake shop in northwest Portland.It's one of Portland's newest locally-owned and operated cupcake shops.On Monday, the shop began its Bittys for Babies fundraiser to raise money for Doernbecher Neonatal Care Center at Oregon Health & Science University.From each customer who buys 12 Bliss Bitty cupcakes or Wildflour bitty cookies, 40 percent will be donated to buy blankets and clothes for newborn babies at Doernbecher.For more information, check out the Bliss Cupcake Shop blog.
