TUALATIN, Ore. -- Police said a 1994 Honda Accord was rounding a curve Monday night when it flipped, rolled several times and landed on its top, killing the driver.Officers said Jose Manuel Hernandez Bailon, 19, had a blood-alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit when he lost control of the Accord on Southwest Grahams Ferry Road, striking a fence and a tree at about 10:45 p.m.Bailon and a passenger in the car, Michael Figueroa, 19, were both trapped in the car when it landed on its roof, police said.Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue crews responded and freed the two from the vehicle and transported them to local hospitals.Bailon was taken by LifeFlight to Oregon Health & Science University Hospital with critical injuries and later died. Figueroa was taken by ambulance to Emanuel Hospital with a broken nose, police said.A crash reconstruction team closed SW Grahams Ferry Road for about five hours while it investigated. The road was reopened at about 4 a.m.
