CASTLE ROCK, Wash. -- Police are looking for whoever fired bullets at electrical equipment and caused a power outage in Castle Rock.Over the weekend, someone shot at PUD equipment near Burma Road, police said. The outage affected the Toutle River rest stops along Interstate 5, several homes and all of the trailers in a nearby RV park. The equipment has been repaired and power has been restored. But it was a frustrating couple of days for people who lost electricity."You can't cook dinner and my kids woke up and said, 'I'm cold.' I thought I blew a fuse but, no, my power was out," said Regina Hoffman, who lives in the RV park.Police said they don't have any suspects.
