CLACKAMAS, Ore. -- A Milwaukie man is suspected of sexually abusing an 18-year-old woman at his gym in Clackamas, deputies said.Bryce Jackson, 38, was arrested Monday and faces a charge of second-degree sex abuse, said Detective Jim Strovink of the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office in a news release Thursday. The teenager said she had been invited by the gym's owner for a free session, Strovink said. The woman said she met Jackson at the coffee shop where she works about two weeks before to the incident. He invited her to a free session at Real Fitness, located at 9063 S.E. Jannsen Road in Clackamas, the woman told deputies. The woman said that when she arrived at the gym, Jackson invited her in and locked the door, deputies said. They were alone in the facility while he took photos of her and instructed her to do exercises, deputies said.At one point, the woman said, Jackson massaged her while she was stretching and this led to the alleged sexual abuse, Strovink said.At about 2:45, the woman left the gym and called her mother from the side of the road near Real Fitness. A deputy was called to the scene.Deputies said they interviewed Jackson and he was arrested at about 4:45 p.m.Jackson posted bail and was released from Clackamas County Jail on Tuesday. He is scheduled to be in court Nov. 24.The Clackamas County deputies said they are concerned there could be additional victims.Anyone with information can contact the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office's confidential tip line at 503-723-4949.Tim Warren, the landlord of the business center where the gym is located, said he's never met Jackson; another tenant had sublet a part of their space to Real Fitness."Of course, it's awful to have this type of activity happening anywhere in the world. (It's an) awful thing and we certainly wouldn't condone this, especially on our property," Warren said.Warren said he is going to take precautions to ensure Jackson can't train anyone else until the case is resolved."Obviously, he's evicted from the park. We're going to change the locks so he can't have access. We're done with him," Warren said.Lucinda Foster said she's lived next to Jackson, his wife and their two children for 14 years. She said he is a good neighbor."I'm just surprised to hear anything like that. As far I as know, they go to church and they're good people," Foster said.
