PORTLAND, Ore. -- The American Red Cross said it is providing assistance to two adults and a teenager displaced by a fire in Oregon City that killed five dogs.Firefighters saved two puppies from the fire that burned a mobile home, according to the Red Cross.No people were injured in the blaze.About five hours later, the Red Cross said fire crews battled a residential fire on the 13400 block of Southwest Noblitt Place in Gaston.The blaze displaced an elderly woman, who is being cared for by her family.
