GRESHAM, Ore. -- Two men were arrested after an early-morning chase Tuesday in Gresham, police said.An officer tried to pull over a silver Volvo near Southeast 190th Avenue and Southeast Yamhill Street at 3:31 a.m., said Officer Adam Baker of the Gresham Police Department in a news release.The Volvo sped away on Southeast 190th Avenue and headed toward Southeast Division Street.The driver then abruptly pulled over and two people ran from the car, police said. A 26-year-old woman stayed in the Volvo.Baker said police and deputies searched the area and found 29-year-old Nicholas Prazeau, who is transient, and 42-year-old William Easly, from Portland. Both men were arrested in connection with the chase.A gun was also found in the Volvo, police said.Prazeau is facing drug and probation violation charges. Easly is facing multiple charges, including attempting to elude and possession of a stolen car.
