BEAVERTON, Ore. -- Beaverton Police have arrested a man accused of pulling out a gun after a snowball hit his SUV. Detectives arrested 22-year-old Alexander Guissepe Lamme on four counts of misdemeanor menacing on Thursday. Lamme told the officers he was pointing a toy gun when he got out of his car to yell at some kids throwing snowballs.Witnesses gave police a description of a man they say jumped out of his Land Rover and menaced two boys and their mother with a gun and then got back in his vehicle and drove away. The victims said they were in the area of Scholls Ferry Road and 135th Street in Beaverton to lend help. Many drivers had become stuck in the snow after a powerful winter storm hit the metro area. The family said they were able to free the majority of the cars and that they started a snowball fight. One of the snowballs hit Lamme's SUV, according to the family. The victims, who spoke with FOX 12 but did not want to be identified, said Lamme pulled out a gun after getting out of his Land Rover. Lamme was arrested two days later. He is scheduled for a court hearing on Feb. 2.
