Joe V is learning how to row, row, row his boat, but he won't be going gently down the stream.Joe spent the morning with a local kayak shop getting ready for a big weekend event.Alder Creek Kayak and Canoe will host the Spring Paddle Festival at Vancouver Lake.The festival will run 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at the lake.
