PORTLAND, Ore. -- Tuesday is the last day to register to vote in the 2008 Oregon primary.
The Barack Obama campaign is holding voter registration events:Monday, April 28: 3-on-3 Hoops for Change – At 7:30 p.m., Craig Robinson, Senator Barack Obama's brother-in-law and OSU's new basketball coach, will referee the Obama Campaign's 3-on-3 'Hoops for Change' basketball event featuring Portland Trail Blazers Channing Frye and James Jones. Oregonians 16 years or older who collect voter registration forms for at least 5 people qualify to be picked to participate in the 3-on-3 'Hoops for Change' event. The game will be refereed by Robinson. Portland Trail Blazers Channing Frye and James Jones will each coach a team. Voice of the Trail Blazers Antonio Harvey will announce the game. The event takes place at Self Enhancement Inc, 3920 North Kerby Ave, Portland OR.Monday, April 28: Tatyana Ali Visits OR Universities – The star of "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and the "Yes We Can" video, Tatyana Ali, is visiting Oregon universities today to discuss with students why this is a defining moment in their lives and this country. Today marks the day before Oregon's voter registration deadline. Tatyana Ali will be at OSU, UofO and PSU to help rally supporters and to talk about the importance of registering to vote.
Tuesday, April 29: Voter Registration – As tomorrow's voter registration deadline approaches, the Obama campaign and volunteers statewide will make a final push to ensure that Oregonians who want to change America are registered as Democrats so they can vote for Senator Obama in the upcoming Democratic Primary.Portland, 11am – 2pm / 4:30 – 7pm

Corvallis, 11am – 5pm
