The LIVESTRONG Challenge is coming to Portland and we want you to be a part of the FOX 12 team supported in part by Pacific Oncology. Join Andy Carson from FOX 12’s Good Day Oregon as he leads our running team or cycle with FOX 12’s Chief Meteorologist Mark Nelsen.
The 2007 Challenge will take place at the Nike campus on September 30th.
Walk or run in the Community 5k or challenge yourself to a 10-, 40-, 70- or
100-mile ride.
We have set a goal to get 300 people to join the FOX 12 team and raise $52,000 for the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
As a FOX 12 team member you will receive a LIVESTRONGFOX 12 t-shirt.
The cyclist who raises the most money receives an awesome TREK bike from the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Must raise a minimum of $500 in donations.The walker or runner raising the most gets a cool Nike gift package that includes a LIVESTRONG hat and Sports Illustrated – Lance Armstrong Commemorative Issue…both signed by Lance Armstrong! Plus a Nike Lance Armstrong Chronograph Watch. Must raise a minimum of $500 in donations.
