POSTED: 12:07 am PDT May 16, 2009

(Sports Network) - Hall of Fame defensive lineman Bruce Smith was reportedly arrested and charged with driving under the influence Friday morning.

According to WKBW in Buffalo, Smith was released on bail.

This marks the third time the 11-time Pro Bowl selection has been arrested on suspicion of DUI, having avoided charges in both 1997 and 2003.

Smith was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2009 after recording an NFL-record 200 sacks in 19 pro seasons with the Bills and Redskins.

In other Bills legal troubles, fullback Corey McIntyre is reportedly facing allegations that he exposed himself to a woman. According to the report, he denies the charges and was released on $10,000 bail.
