Hit The Brakes: Summer Construction Begins 5-24-2011

The Oregon Department of Transportation says more than 40 project-areas will span from Hood River to Portland and the northern coastline.
An ODOT press release cautions drivers: "Staying safe with all those construction workers on the road means drivers must pay complete attention to the driving task, especially in the transition zone before the work area. An inattentive driver is the most common cause of work zone crashes."
