Mama Pea’s Margarita Smoothie

Makes 4 smoothies.


  • 2 cups lime seltzer
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup ice
  • stevia to taste
  • sea salt to rim glasses


  1. Combine all ingredients except salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Wet the rim of your serving glasses and dip in coarsely ground sea salt. Pour and enjoy.
