Oregon's largest privately owned company says it's not facing bankruptcy.
According to Jeld-Wen, the company's agreement to a takeover by a Canadian corporation is on track despite skepticism surrounding a bond sale critical to the deal.
Rating agencies have given the deal "junk bond" status.
Jeld-Wen says it has enough cash to carry on its business and hasn't tried to sell the bonds.
