NEWBERG, OR (KPTV) -

A Newberg man accused of killing his girlfriend's baby is back in jail for violating his parole.

Kevin Jarnagin is charged with murder by abuse, manslaughter, criminal mistreatment and child neglect in the death of the 7-month-old girl.

The baby died at Oregon Health and Science University hospital in July 2009. Police reported that the child suffered a skull fracture and internal abdominal injuries.

While out on bail, Jarnagin violated his parole by having contact with his twin children without Department of Human Services supervision, the District Attorney's Office says.
