
Oysters - can be purchased at any seafood outlet or a grocery store. Generally runs about $7.50 a dozen when bought at the beach.
Salmon - can be purchased at any seafood outlet, grocery store, off the boat docks or caught fresh. OK to use frozen salmon filets.

1 Cube Butter
Mayonnaise
Brown Sugar

BBQ Roasted Oyster Recipe
Using a scrub brush and fresh, cold water, scrub the oyster shells clean. Do not crack the open.
Place on heated BBQ for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Melt butter and garlic in a microwave safe bowl.
When oysters have popped open, they are done!
Remove from shell, dip in butter sauce and eat!
BBQ Salmon Recipe
Rinse Salmon in cold water and place on foil.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Spread a layer of Mayo.
Sprinkle a layer Brown Sugar.
Add thinly sliced onions and thinly sliced lemon wedges.
Wrap up in foil.
Place on heated BBQ for about 15 to 20 minutes.
