The Caravan was struck on the right side by a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado pickup.
OSP says two passengers in the van; Douglas Lee Arnold, 71, and Douglas Clark Arnold, 8, both of The Dalles were killed in the crash.

Sandra Arnold was treated for non-life threatening injures and also released.
Kim Arnold was seriously injured in the crash and eventually transported to OHSU due to the extent of her injuries.
OSP said the driver of the pickup, Chad Perdue, 47, and his passenger, Averee Perdue, 9, are both from Castle Rock, WA, and were taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries and later released.
