93-year-old man dies in two-car crash in southern Oregon

KLAMATH FALLS, OR (KPTV) -

Oregon State Police are investigating a two-car crash that killed an elderly man at a Klamath Falls intersection.

The accident happened Monday afternoon at about 4:30 p.m. 

A 1999 Cadillac Deville driven by 93-year-old Grant Albert was stopped at a stop sign. Police say Albert then pulled out in front of an eastbound 2002 Dodge Caravan.  The two cars collided with the Dodge hitting the Cadillac on the passenger side.

The driver of the Dodge has been identified as 40-year-old Peter McNally.  He suffered minor injuries.

Albert was taken was taken to Sky Lakes Medical Center, where he died a few hours later.
