Ingredients:
- 2 oz. aged rum
- 1/2 oz. Becherovka
- 1/2 oz. Benedictine
- 1/4 oz. cinnamon syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura orange bitters
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients with ice in a mixing tin or glass and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.
Cinnamon Syrup:
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar with 1 cup of water and heat on low, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Turn off the heat, add 5 cinnamon sticks, let them infuse the syrup for several minutes, then remove them. Once cooled, transfer the syrup to a bottle and refrigerate.
