Vancouver police arrest manslaughter suspect

A person accused of withholding medical care from a woman with disabilities has been arrested.

Vancouver police charged Karin Depee with criminal mistreatment and manslaughter.

Police say she assumed responsibility for a 39-year-old woman with medical disabilities who died in June.

Depee was arrested today after police caught up to her on a bus in Washington County, OR.

She was booked into the Washington County Jail and is awaiting extradition to Washington State.
