TUALATIN, OR (KPTV) -

A crash involving an unlicensed driver along Interstate 5 led to an arrest on outstanding warrants Wednesday.

Oregon State police arrested Darla Jo Dupree, of Wilsonville, at the site of the accident near Tualatin on Wednesday afternoon. Witnesses say Dupree climbed into the backseat of the car as police and paramedics responded, and troopers say she later denied driving at the time of the wreck.

Police say she was wanted in Multnomah County on a felony drug warrant and a misdemeanor prostitution warrant.

Dupree was first hospitalized to be treated for her crash injuries, but is now in jail and faces multiple charges stemming from the accident, including driving on a suspended license, careless driving, and driving while uninsured.
