Portland Timbers 2012 TV schedule - KPTV - FOX 12

The Portland Timbers announced a 2012 schedule that features 12 nationally televised matches, plus seven matches on FOX 12 Oregon and five matches on PDX TV.
Portland's first match of the year is Monday, March 12, when it hosts the Philadelphia Union at JELD-WEN Field. Kickoff is 6:30 p.m. on ESPN2.
The Timbers will rekindle their Cascadia rivalry with the Seattle Sounders on Sunday, June 24 on ESPN, and then face Seattle two more times in the regular season -- once at home Sept. 15 and again in Seattle on Oct. 7.
Another marquee home match will take place Saturday, July 14 when Portland hosts the MLS Cup champion L.A. Galaxy, who will have David Beckham roaming their midfield once again.
