Marionberry pie filling

This recipe is courtesy Crystal Miller of Lovin Spoonful Pies.

Mix together:

  • Two pounds of marionberries (or really any fruit you choose)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour


  • Pour into pie shell
  • Top with two tablespoons of real butter
  • Cover with top half of crust
  • 1.5-2 hours on the center rack at 350 degrees
  • For best results, brush crust with egg white and sprinkle with granulated sugar before baking
