PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A reward is being offered for information that leads the arrest and conviction of Paul Winklebleck.

He is accused of kidnapping and attempting to rape two women after a concert in downtown Portland in 2010.

Portland Police said that by claiming to be an undercover officer, he was able to get behind the wheel of his victims' car. Investigators said he then drove the women to rural Marion County where he drugged them and attacked.

One victim was able to get away and called for help.

Winklebleck has been on the run ever since. But his case is being featured on America's Most Wanted tonight on Lifetime.

Winklebleck is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet, 11 inches tall, with a stocky build. He has reddish-brown hair that is short and thick, and also a thick goatee and mustache. He was last seen wearing a camouflage or hunting type of shirt or jacket and a matching hat. He also has a tattoo on his upper back, "Combative for God."

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony and you can remain anonymous.
